Held at EXTEND GROUP’s THRIVE Hall in Evansville, IN, this 12-month immersive experience combines in-person training and virtual accountability.
Program Structure
In-Person Workshops
- 6 half-day, in-person leadership retreats
- Occurs every other month (4th Monday)
- Start Date: Monday, September 22, 2025
- Time: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Location: THRIVE Hall at EXTEND GROUP
Virtual Meet-Ups
- 6 virtual accountability sessions
- Hosted via Zoom on the off months from 11:30 PM – 12:30 PM
- Keep momentum and share wins across the cohort

- 5 Voices App Annual Access: $37*
- *Both digital tools are required for participant success.
- Seats are limited to 20. A minimum of 10 registrations is required to launch.

This program is fully accredited for CEUs/PDCs through:

Attendees will receive a certificate of completion and all necessary details to submit for recertification.
