Program Structure
In-Person Workshops
- 6 half-day, in-person leadership retreats
- Occurs every other month (2nd Monday)
- Start Date: Monday, January 12, 2026
- Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Location: THRIVE Hall at EXTEND GROUP
Virtual Meet-Ups
- 6 virtual accountability sessions
- Hosted via Zoom on the off months from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Keep momentum and share wins across the cohort

- *Both digital tools are required for participant success.
- Seats are limited to 20. A minimum of 10 registrations is required to launch.

This program is fully accredited for CEUs/PDCs through:
