In-Person Workshops

  • 6 half-day, in-person leadership retreats
  • Occur every other month (2nd Monday)

  • Seats are limited to 20. A minimum of 10 registrations is required to launch.

Are there any additional costs?

Yes. Each participant is required to purchase: • GiANT OS Annual Subscription – $100/year • 5 Voices Mobile App Access – $37/year These digital tools are essential to support learning between sessions and create long-term transformation.

When and where are the in-person sessions held?

The cohort meets every other month on the second Monday, beginning June 9, 2025. Each in-person session runs from 11:30 AM (lunch/networking) to 4:30 PM, hosted at: THRIVE Hall EXTEND GROUP Headquarters 220 NW 1st Street Evansville, IN 47708

What happens during the virtual sessions?

In the off months between in-person trainings, you’ll join a 60-minute Zoom-based session for peer engagement, accountability, and continued leadership support. These are hosted and facilitated by your GiANT-certified guide.

How many people are in the cohort?

The cohort is capped at 20 participants to ensure meaningful interaction. A minimum of 12 registrants is required for the program to launch.

Can I earn CEU/recertification credits?

Yes. The 5 Voices for Teams program is approved for: • SHRM – Professional Development Credits (PDCs) • HRCI – Recertification Credits • CPD – Continuing Professional Development Participants will receive certificates and instructions for submitting CEUs.

What happens if I miss a session?

While in-person attendance is expected and highly encouraged, each session builds on the next. If you must miss, workshop materials will be provided and your GiANT OS account will offer supplementary learning resources. No Zoom links will be available for in-person sessions.
