New 12-month workshop series begins April 13, 2026, giving leaders practical tools to build trust, strengthen team communication, and improve follow-through.

Shawn Collins, founder and CEO of EXTEND GROUP, is launching The Culture First Leadership Series to help leaders and teams build the habits and shared language that make strategy stick. The series begins Monday, April 13, 2026, and meets on the second Monday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Each 90-minute session includes a light lunch, practical teaching, and time for Q&A.
“The work is hard enough. Most teams do not need another half-day workshop they cannot schedule,” said Collins. “They need tools they can use the same day, in the meetings they already have. This series is built for real calendars and real pressure.”
The Culture First Leadership Series is designed to be flexible. Each monthly session stands alone, so leaders can attend the topics that fit their current challenges.
