New 12-month workshop series begins April 13, 2026, giving leaders practical tools to build trust, strengthen team communication, and improve follow-through.

Shawn Collins, founder and CEO of EXTEND GROUP, is launching The Culture First Leadership Series to help leaders and teams build the habits and shared language that make strategy stick. The series begins Monday, April 13, 2026, and meets on the second Monday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Each 90-minute session includes a light lunch, practical teaching, and time for Q&A.
