Evansville, IN – April 9, 2025 – National leadership strategist and certified GiANT consultant Shawn Collins is proud to announce the launch of two transformative leadership development programs—now open to the public. Designed for professionals seeking to unlock deeper self-awareness, improve team dynamics, and lead with greater confidence, these experiences offer local and virtual options tailored for leaders, coaches, HR professionals, and high-performance teams.

5 Voices for Teams – Local Community Cohort
Begins: June 9, 2025
Time: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM (CST)
Frequency: Every other month (6 in-person retreats | 6 virtual check-ins)
Location: In-person at THRIVE Hall, hosted by EXTEND GROUP (Evansville, IN)
The 5 Voices for Teams program equips leaders to understand their leadership voice better and navigate their team’s natural dynamics. With monthly in-person retreats and guided virtual check-ins, this cohort will:
- Build trust and alignment across teams
- Improve communication through a common leadership language
- Increase engagement and productivity through deeper self-awareness
Participants receive access to the full GiANT OS leadership suite and assessments, as well as a printed workbook and interactive exercises.

2025 Virtual Toolkit Sessions
Begins: June 12, 2025
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (CST)
Frequency: Monthly (12 sessions total)
Format: Monthly 90-minute Zoom sessions
These interactive sessions combine GiANT’s 65+ visual leadership tools—focused on practical application and sustainable culture change. Each monthly session will feature one or two tools, such as the Support-Challenge Matrix, Peace Index, or the Influence Model, allowing participants to:
- Develop a powerful, common leadership language
- Build stronger communication and collaboration frameworks
- Learn to diagnose and eliminate friction that limits performance
With built-in reinforcement and access to resources after each session, attendees will walk away with actionable insights that can be applied immediately.
